Sr. Technical Recruiter (AI)

Location: Remote, London, United Kingdom

Salary: £75,000–£102,000 annually, plus equity and bonus

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles from intake through offer and onboarding handoff.
• Source and engage candidates through multiple channels with tailored outreach.
• Partner with hiring teams end-to-end through proactive communication and transparent feedback.
• Track pipeline health, identify bottlenecks, and adjust recruiting strategy using data.
• Maintain accurate hiring documentation in Ashby, Notion, and related tools.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience recruiting for technical roles, with emphasis on Engineering, Product, and GTM.
• Ability to discuss technical fundamentals and role expectations and pitch hirify.global to candidates.
• Strong partnership skills with hiring managers and cross-functional teams.
• Clear, direct, respectful, and timely written and verbal communication.
• Organized approach to pipelines, prioritization, and competing deadlines.
• Prior startup experience and experience using Ashby ATS.

• Substantial experience hiring for AI, developer tools, infrastructure, or open-source teams.
• Experience scaling a high-growth company.
