Product Manager (AI Product & Built Environment)

Location: San Mateo, United States, California; hybrid

Salary: $200,000–$350,000 base plus equity

What you will do

• Own and evolve product roadmaps across complex AI-enabled workstreams.
• Take early products, PRDs, prototypes, and customer workflows through validation, refinement, launch, and iteration.
• Lead discovery with real estate developers, public-sector stakeholders, and other industry participants.
• Translate user, regulatory, data, and technical requirements into product specifications and engineering priorities.
• Design flexible, context-aware experiences and identify practical AI features and integrations for existing customer workflows.
• Partner with go-to-market teams on packaging, value propositions, pricing inputs, and product impact measurement.

Requirements

• Strong product management experience delivering complex technology products from concept through launch and iteration.
• Experience operating successfully in zero-to-one or highly ambiguous product environments.
• Technical depth to communicate with software engineers and AI specialists and produce high-quality technical requirements.
• Strong customer instincts, discovery, prioritization, and product decision-making skills.
• Genuine curiosity about modern AI through professional work, independent projects, experimentation, or active use of current AI tooling.
• Ability to solve unfamiliar, difficult problems independently and create clarity across technical, commercial, and domain-focused teams.
• Technical fluency in data, infrastructure, and AI systems.
