AI Product Manager

hirify.global provides collaborative software that helps teams think, decide, and follow through together. The AI Workflows team develops AI and agentic experiences for collaboration, alignment, and decision-making.

What you will do

• Set the strategy and own outcomes for AI Workflows with engineering and design counterparts.
• Identify collaboration, alignment, and decision-making workflows where AI provides clear value.
• Build prototypes with modern AI tools and test concepts with users before further investment.
• Define release hypotheses, pass/fail criteria, product-quality evaluations, and ship, iterate, scale, or stop decisions.
• Guide model selection, routing, adoption of new models, fine-tuning, custom-model decisions, cost-to-serve, and usage-based metering.
• Design agentic experiences for real multiplayer sessions, establish data-quality loops, speak with users weekly, and align cross-functional teams on shipping decisions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience, including shipping at least one AI product from concept to real users.
• Recent hands-on experience building agentic or LLM-based products, including learning from failures and changing the product accordingly.
• Technical fluency for designing and reading evaluations and partnering with engineering and ML engineering on context management, latency, reliability, and failure modes.
• Sound judgment in comparing models, routing across models, adopting new models, and deciding when fine-tuning or a custom model is worthwhile.
• Understanding of AI unit economics, including cost to serve, usage-based metering, and the effect of model choices on margin.
• Experience launching, rebuilding, redirecting, and stopping ideas based on evidence.
• Comfort making high-stakes decisions with incomplete information and communicating tradeoffs candidly.
• Experience owning outcomes while partnering with engineering and design leaders as true counterparts, and creating structure where no playbook exists.

Nice to have

• Experience with collaboration or productivity software.
• Experience with forward-deployed or customer-embedded product work.
• Experience with agent interoperability, including MCP.
