Product Enablement Manager (Healthcare SaaS)

What you will do

• Own and evolve the hirify.global Learn LMS strategy, including content architecture, automation, delivery methods, and scalable training infrastructure.
• Design and deliver organization-wide training, client-facing webinars, feature documentation, Help Center updates, and customer education materials.
• Act as the strategic product expert for Clinical and Practice Management solutions, translating complex product capabilities into clear content for non-technical audiences.
• Build content enablement strategies, reusable templates, and frameworks for HubSpot, Zendesk, LMS, and support workflows.
• Lead cross-functional feature launch planning and collaborate with Marketing on rollout campaigns, messaging, videos, and email content.
• Identify knowledge gaps, create content roadmaps, and support adoption of new platforms, automation, and enablement tools.

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of hirify.global SaaS solutions, including clinical workflows, medical billing, or scheduling.
• 5+ years of experience in medical billing, scheduling, or clinical operations.
• Strong understanding of automation, LMS platforms, and emerging enablement technology, with the ability to translate capabilities into strategy.
• Proven ability to set and execute strategy, create training content, documentation, and enablement frameworks at scale.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Google Suite, LMS platforms, HubSpot, Zendesk, and support or CRM tools.
• Reliable internet connection, prolonged computer use, and the ability to spend most of the workweek on phone or video calls.

Nice to have

• Experience with medical software, including EHR or PMS, and customer-facing roles.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree.
• Medical billing and coding certification.
