Pricing Specialist

What you will do

• Develop, evaluate, and implement pricing strategies and models based on business conditions and competitive market dynamics.
• Partner with sales, marketing, business development, and finance to establish pricing programs aligned with product strategy and revenue recognition requirements.
• Research competitor pricing, seasonal changes, discounting, customer willingness to pay, and consumer spending patterns.
• Verify pricing and clear price-related ERP blocks before delivery orders, including providing suppliers with point-of-sale information.
• Analyze costs, budgets, promotions, rebates, and pricing changes to project revenue impact and identify monetization or upsell opportunities.
• Create and administer pricing databases, coordinate pricing and delivery proposals, and report program results and customer growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Foundational knowledge of specialized disciplines, industry practices, and standards acquired through academic instruction and/or relevant experience.
• Typically less than 2 years of work experience with a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience providing comparable knowledge and job skills.
• Ability to develop solutions for defined tasks and projects using established approaches.
• Ability to work independently, exercise judgment, and collaborate with management and department team members.
