Latin America Market Finance Analyst (Finance)

Location: Tlaquepaque, Jalisco, Mexico; onsite, first shift

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end P&L and analyze results, including variances against forecasts and related narratives.
• Build and maintain flash, annual budget, and outlook forecasting models.
• Support month-end close activities and accurately reflect business performance.
• Analyze revenue, costs, and controllable margin, producing profitability reports by business, region, and product segment.
• Consolidate reporting, metrics, and results while ensuring process compliance with AFM.
• Collaborate with Sales, Category, and Regional Finance teams and contribute to feasibility analysis and recommendations for business projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• Typically 4+ years of experience as a financial analyst.
• Experience in more than one finance function.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis.
• Excellent analytical, communication, influencing, and teamwork skills.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and business application skills.
• Strong business acumen.
• Strong English proficiency.
