Pricing Analyst (HVACR)

Location: Guadalajara, Mexico; hybrid workplace

What you will do

• Administer and control pricing for Latin America and its business units.
• Supervise pricing strategy, processes, and policies for the Latin American region.
• Enter and update sales prices in the system and manage the end-to-end pricing procedure.
• Prepare price adjustments and price lists for wholesalers and OEM customers.
• Develop competitor price comparisons and prepare monthly profit-margin reports by customer and product.
• Administer the regional rebate program and collaborate with other teams on cost drivers and profitability.

Requirements

• Experience managing pricing administration and control across multiple business units.
• Ability to analyze market conditions, competitor pricing, costs, and profitability by product and customer.
• Ability to prepare pricing adjustments, customer and product margin reports, and wholesale and OEM price lists.
• Ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
