Senior Finance Analyst (Print Microfluidics Technology Development)

Location: Tlaquepaque, Jalisco, Mexico

Annual pay range: $105,050–$161,800 USD, with additional bonus and/or equity opportunities for United States of America candidates only.

What you will do

• Lead and advise on critical business initiatives across finance sub-functions, geographies, and organizations.
• Perform complex financial analysis, reporting, reconciliation, budgeting, planning, and variance analysis.
• Support capital strategies and return-on-investment decisions.
• Collaborate with business leaders on long-term and strategic decisions and represent the business in cross-regional planning.
• Drive global process improvements and policy development, including controls and business planning.
• Lead cross-functional teams, solve complex problems, and mentor lower-level employees.

Requirements

• Four-year or graduate degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline, or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically 10+ years of experience, preferably in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field.
• Knowledge of accounting, auditing, corporate finance, financial analysis, financial modeling, financial planning, financial statements, investments, KPIs, P&L management, internal controls, GAAP, process improvement, and variance analysis.
• Experience or knowledge with automation and SAP applications.
• Effective communication, results orientation, learning agility, digital fluency, and customer centricity.
• The role impacts large functions and leads large cross-division functional teams or projects.

Nice to have

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification.
• Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) certification.
