Account Financial Manager (Automotive)

hirify.global is hiring for an automotive program finance role supporting development and current production programs.

What you will do

• Manage program profitability and maintain approved business-case metrics for return on investment.
• Develop new business plans, evaluate business cases, and support customer quotations.
• Analyze bills of material, product costs, pricing, manufacturing processes, and related cost drivers.
• Lead or attend project finance meetings and resolve open financial issues.
• Prepare monthly financial updates for top management, including program reviews and launch readiness reviews.
• Set supplier cost targets, support make-versus-buy decisions, control development spending, and drive cost-reduction efforts.

Requirements

• Strong analytical, communication, strategic-thinking, and product-technical skills.
• Excellent organization, documentation, and attention to analytical detail.
• Leadership capabilities in communication, critical thinking, change management, conflict resolution, coaching, and teamwork.
• Experience with business planning, product costing, product pricing, and financial issues.
• Ability to develop customer financial strategies, evaluate business cases, manage quotation processes, and communicate effectively.
• Ability to determine financial impacts of changes in BOM, volume, materials, labor, supplier pricing, engineering, tooling, capital, and program timing.
• Understanding of the automotive industry, market forces, customer systems, target-setting processes, and negotiating strategies.
• Ability to validate product cost, pricing, profitability, ROI, and financial assumptions used in quotations, forecasts, business cases, and program reviews.
