Client Delivery Program Manager (Fintech)

Location: Remote-USA, United States of America; travel to financial institution and vendor locations may be required, including extended onsite periods.

Salary: $84,900–$108,200–$131,600 annually.

What you will do

• Develop strategic roadmaps and oversee delivery of financial institution programs, projects, product implementations, and strategic initiatives.
• Manage program scope, schedules, resources, quality, risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.
• Coordinate hirify.global business units, financial institutions, vendors, processors, and partners to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Prepare program status reports, KPI metrics, client presentations, and executive business reviews.
• Serve as the central client contact and management point of contact for project issues, resolution communication, and escalations.
• Provide consultative support, build execution plans, improve processes, and advocate for the financial institution within hirify.global.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, preferably Systems or Business Management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 10 years of experience in a client support environment.
• At least 5 years of financial services experience.
• Working knowledge of program and project management best practices and PMO processes.
• Understanding of payments regulations, including Dodd-Frank, and their relevance to assigned financial institutions.
• Knowledge of partner organizations, platforms, hirify.global products, service applications, and associated reports.

Nice to have

• Five years of experience in credit, debit, and/or eCommerce.
• Understanding of Six Sigma methodologies.
• PgMP or PMP certification.
