Program Manager III, Employee Recognition & Engagement (Healthcare)

Location: Fully remote within the United States; candidates will be considered nationally. The posting is labeled Remote-MO.

Salary: $87,700–$157,800 per year.

What you will do

• Lead and execute enterprise employee recognition programs covering employee contributions, career milestones, and values-based achievements.
• Design, implement, administer, and continuously improve recognition and employee engagement initiatives.
• Manage multiple projects through requirements gathering, planning, resourcing, budgeting, execution, deployment, and closure.
• Coordinate vendor and technology partnerships and provide functional and technical guidance on program requirements and operations.
• Maintain project documentation, track actions and risks, and communicate status through executive summaries and presentations.
• Lead cross-functional meetings, secure resources, resolve stakeholder issues, and support regulatory compliance and operational improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in project implementation, product management, or program management.
• Experience managing full project lifecycles, including requirements, schedules, resources, budgets, execution, and closure.
• Ability to use corporate and industry-standard project management tools and techniques.
• Ability to manage stakeholders, negotiate resources, mitigate risks, and communicate project status effectively.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• Experience with HR technology, vendor management, data analysis, and change management in the healthcare industry is strongly preferred.
