Program Manager IV - Clinical Technology Operations (Healthcare)

Location: Remote within the United States; candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Salary: $87,700–$157,800 per year

What you will do

• Lead large-scale, cross-functional healthcare migrations and enterprise-wide implementation or process-improvement programs.
• Own program scope, schedule, budget, timelines, deliverables, dependencies, forecasts, risks, and issue escalation.
• Coordinate project managers and business analysts across Operations, Finance, Benefit Operations, and other workgroups.
• Create executive dashboards, status reports, steering committee materials, and post-implementation analytics.
• Lead risk mitigation, strategic analysis, training content development, and communication of business and technology solutions.
• Guide organizational restructuring, team realignment, and complex integration initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience; master’s degree preferred.
• 8+ years of program or project management experience.
• Previous functional leadership, cross-functional team management on large-scale projects, or supervisory experience including hiring, training, assigning work, and performance management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and project management tools.
• Authorization to work in the United States without requiring employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Healthcare or managed care experience.
• PMP or PgMP certification.
• Leadership of clinical platform migrations, including data migration, cutover, go-live, and stabilization.
• Experience with clinical systems, interoperability, vendor coordination, HL7, FHIR, and APIs.
• Enterprise transformation leadership, executive stakeholder influence, and change management experience.
• Master’s degree in a related field.
