Program Manager IV - Clinical Technology Operations (Healthcare)

Location: Remote within the United States; U.S. work authorization required

Salary: $87,700–$157,800 per year

What you will do

• Lead large-scale, cross-functional healthcare migrations, including implementation, process improvement, data migration, cutover, go-live, and stabilization.
• Plan and manage program scope, schedules, budgets, dependencies, deliverables, risks, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate project managers, business analysts, and workgroups across operations, finance, benefits, and other functions.
• Create executive dashboards, status reports, steering committee materials, and post-implementation analytics.
• Present program updates and risks to executive stakeholders and facilitate cross-functional discussions.
• Develop training materials, share best practices, and create mitigation plans for business and technology issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience; a master’s degree is preferred.
• At least 8 years of program or project management experience.
• Experience leading functional areas or managing cross-functional teams on large-scale projects; supervisory experience is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and project management tools.
• Experience with clinical systems, interoperability, vendor coordination, HL7, FHIR, and APIs is preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Healthcare or managed care experience.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification.
• Experience leading enterprise transformation and influencing executive stakeholders.
