Senior Strategic Program Manager (Fintech)

Location: Remote, with candidates required to live within approximately a 70-mile radius of offices in Allen, Texas; Overland Park, Kansas; Cedar Falls, Iowa; Birmingham, Alabama; Charlotte, North Carolina; Louisville, Kentucky; Springfield, Missouri; or Monett, Missouri. Hybrid workplace conditions may apply, and an onsite interview or in-person onboarding may be required.

Salary: $88,650–$130,000 annually, depending on location and experience.

What you will do

• Manage the planning, execution, control, and closeout of cross-divisional projects and corporate process initiatives.
• Manage development and implementation of new or upgraded products for foundational banking cores.
• Coordinate operational readiness and client testing before products reach the market.
• Monitor schedules, budgets, spending, milestones, and delivery from project initiation through completion.
• Organize cross-functional activities and resolve project management issues to keep work on schedule and within budget.
• Mentor and support less experienced project managers.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of project management or financial institution experience.
• Experience working with one of hirify.global’s banking core solutions.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Project or other scheduling tools.
• Excellent project management skills and knowledge of the project management body of knowledge.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and resolve complex issues using professional concepts and company objectives.
• Effective communication with senior internal and external personnel and customers.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional certification.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience with complex and diverse projects, software development or IT practices, and industry project management practices.
• Ability to coach less experienced peers and complete product design and implementation projects on schedule, within budget, and with strong customer satisfaction.
