Program Operations Associate (Fintech)

Location: New York City, United States; hybrid

Salary: $120K–$150K annually, plus equity and bonus eligibility

What you will do

• Own assigned partner program launches from kickoff through launch day, managing all cross-functional workstreams.
• Coordinate with Compliance, Growth, Solutions Engineering, Product, Engineering, Risk, Legal, Bank Partnerships, Member Operations, Marketing, and Customer Success.
• Track milestones, workstream status, partner feedback, dependencies, and execution risks.
• Update product configurations, support legal documentation and drafting, and gather launch requirements.
• Identify operational gaps and build lightweight systems, standard playbooks, partner-facing materials, and SOPs.
• Drive open items to completion and recommend improvements to launch and adoption processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in strategy, operations, program management, or a similar execution-heavy role at a high-growth startup.
• High ownership and a hands-on approach, including taking responsibility for details and driving decisions through completion.
• Exceptional project management skills with the ability to organize multiple workstreams, owners, and deadlines.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to align teams without formal authority.
• Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to build structure where none exists.
• A process- and systems-oriented approach focused on scalable programs and sound tradeoff decisions.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to translate product capabilities into partner value.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, payments, lending, or embedded financial products.
• Experience supporting B2B2C products or partner-led product development.
• Familiarity with bank partner and regulatory readiness for card programs.
