Talent Acquisition Operations Coordinator

Location: Santa Clara, CA, United States

Salary: $92,000–$129,333 per year, plus potential discretionary bonus or commissions and equity.

What you will do

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers.
• Manage onsite interview logistics, interviewer readiness, candidate communications, follow-ups, and the overall candidate experience.
• Manage job postings, candidate records in the ATS, pre-employment screenings, background checks, reference verifications, offer letters, and onboarding materials.
• Track hiring and candidate experience metrics, including time-to-fill and conversion rates, and create reports for data-driven decisions.
• Support talent operations, onboarding, cross-functional HR initiatives, and employer and talent branding campaigns.
• Improve recruiting systems, processes, data hygiene, efficiency, and scalability.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting operations, or a candidate-facing HR role focused on candidate experience, systems, and process management.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and ATS platforms; Greenhouse experience is strongly desired.
• Knowledge of recruitment workflows, ATS administration, and recruiting metrics.
• Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, project management, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder collaboration, candidate engagement, ownership, follow-through, prioritization, and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience coordinating high-priority roles, supporting onsite interview programs, or collaborating with external agencies.
• Ability to use AI to improve operational efficiency while applying critical thinking and sound judgment to maintain quality, accuracy, and strategic alignment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
