Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator (AI)

Location: Sunnyvale, US

Base salary: $110k–$125k annually, depending on skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

What you will do

• Own the complete interview lifecycle and provide high-touch candidate and hiring-team experiences.
• Manage complex, multi-time-zone calendars and adapt scheduling under tight deadlines.
• Manage and optimize recruiting systems, ATS platforms, and internal CRM knowledge management.
• Create, implement, and document scalable SOPs for technology-sector talent acquisition operations.
• Track recruitment trends and metrics, including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and pipeline health, and prepare regular reports.
• Design compliant automated AI workflows from job intake through interviewing while managing strategic talent acquisition projects.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in recruitment support, HR administration, or high-volume operational roles, including data-driven logistics and compliance work.
• Strong proficiency with applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse.
• Advanced Google Workspace and Excel skills, plus experience with AI-native platforms and analytical data tools.
• Exceptional cross-functional communication skills for candidate outreach, market research, and stakeholder support.
• Strong problem-solving ability, acute attention to detail, personal credibility, and absolute discretion with confidential candidate data.
