HRIS Analyst (Workday) - Hybrid

Location: Hybrid role based at the Avon Office in the United States of America. Candidates must hold valid, independent U.S. work authorization.

Salary: $75,553–$109,552 per year.

What you will do

• Analyze, recommend, design, configure, test, and implement simple to moderately complex HCM, recruiting, payroll, benefits, and compensation solutions.
• Support HR and payroll system improvements, LEAN initiatives, administrative task reduction, and employee enablement.
• Resolve system issues, unexpected results, and process flaws as a subject matter expert in collaboration with business users and the Delivery Team.
• Assist with new technology and system implementations, testing requirements, and final sign-off.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure accurate and timely information exchange.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner and Delivery Team in two-week Agile sprint cycles and apply relevant system releases and enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of progressive Workday HCM experience.
• Valid, independent U.S. work authorization is required; H-1B visa and permanent residency sponsorship are not available.

Nice to have

• HR Service Delivery experience.
• Experience with benefits, compensation, talent and performance, time off, or payroll reporting.
