Sr Advanced Program Performance Management Specialist

Location: Remote; proximity to hubs in MA, VA, or AZ is ideal. U.S. citizenship is required.

Salary: USD $130,000–$140,000 per year.

What you will do

• Lead teams in contract and program cost and/or schedule development and management for engineering, production, or logistics programs.
• Develop program cost and/or schedule baselines within contract parameters.
• Analyze historical and predictive program performance and monitor contract/program estimates at completion.
• Review performance results and recommendations with program teams.
• Coordinate program requirements across planning stages with several subcontractors and distinct product lines.
• Support programs with typical annual contract values of $20–50M and total program values of $50–300M.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience plus at least 8 years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree plus at least 6 years of relevant experience.
• Advanced user proficiency in Primavera P6 scheduling and EVMS tools and principles.
• Experience coordinating program requirements across planning stages with several subcontractors across distinct product lines.
• Exceptional experience with DCMA audits.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
