VP, Technology and Strategy

Location: United States - Remote

Basic Compensation: $230,000 - $285,000 yearly salary, plus potential performance incentives and program-specific awards.

What you will do

• Own the enterprise technology adoption and deployment strategy and multi-year roadmap aligned with corporate growth objectives.
• Direct innovation initiatives, including emerging-technology pilots, rapid prototyping, and independent research and development.
• Govern technical solution architectures for strategic pursuits and embed differentiated technology into bids, RFIs, white papers, demonstrations, and proposals.
• Lead solution architects, technology subject-matter experts, external partners, and a matrixed technology community.
• Establish strategic technology partnerships, evaluate emerging technologies, and translate them into business strategy and differentiated offerings.
• Champion responsible AI adoption and represent hirify.global’s technology perspective with customers, partners, and industry forums.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, data science, cybersecurity, or a related discipline; an advanced degree is preferred.
• 15+ years of relevant experience in federal technology leadership, technology strategy, digital transformation, solution development, or related areas, including enterprise-wide scope.
• Demonstrated success translating technology strategy into growth through differentiated contract wins, new offerings, or strategic partnerships.
• Experience supporting Growth, Capture, solutioning, or major proposal efforts.
• Deep knowledge of Health and Defense customer missions, the acquisition environment, and the competitive landscape.
• Strong executive communication skills and the ability to translate complex technology into clear business and mission implications.
• Active Secret Clearance required upon joining.

• Advanced degree in a relevant discipline.
