Finance Manager, Revenue and Billing (AI)

Location: Menlo Park, California, United States

US base salary: $155,000–$170,000 annually.

What you will do

• Review customer contracts and ensure billing terms match system settings.
• Manage direct billing, claims, collections, and invoicing for clients, health plans, and partners.
• Record monthly revenue entries and reporting while maintaining HIPAA-compliant data handling.
• Lead monthly close activities covering revenue accounting under ASC 606, accounts receivable, and sales tax.
• Resolve billing issues with cross-functional teams and improve billing operations.
• Partner with external auditors during annual audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in billing, collections, and revenue management.
• Experience with NetSuite, advanced Excel, and claims billing.
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini to solve problems.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage large datasets and adapt to changes.
• Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
