Senior FP&A Analyst (AI)

Location: Hybrid in London, United Kingdom, with flexible hours

Salary: Up to £95,000 depending on experience; salary based on London

What you will do

• Build and own a driver-based company model with base, upside, and downside cases for leadership and board use.
• Forecast GMV and net revenue using creators, paying fans, spend per fan, cohorts, seasonality, and take rate.
• Run the budget and monthly reforecast, explain variances, and partner with department heads on spend decisions.
• Analyse unit economics, cohorts, pricing, and margin to influence pricing and deal decisions.
• Pull and reconcile data with SQL, automate reporting, and bring AI tools into planning and reporting workflows.
• Own monthly investor reporting and contribute to board packs and fundraising data rooms.

Requirements

• Built a driver-based forecast or company model from scratch and can explain every driver.
• Completed analysis that changed a pricing, deal, or spending decision, including the numbers before and after.
• Writes SQL and is comfortable using a BI tool; able to pull data independently.
• Has run budget reviews with department heads and is trusted by budget owners.
• Experience in a two-sided marketplace, payments, subscription, or e-commerce business.
• Scale-up experience, ideally having built something from scratch in an ambiguous environment.
• Applicants who view FP&A primarily as reporting, require established ERP or planning tools, or prefer policing budgets over partnering with budget owners may struggle in the role.

• End-to-end automated reporting pipelines.
