FP&A Analyst

What you will do

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly variance analyses against prior-year results and current forecasts.
• Build and maintain financial models, update forecasts, and create KPI dashboards using Tableau and Power BI.
• Support forecasting for all hirify.global offices and communicate projections and results to management.
• Prepare financial reports according to hirify.global standards and improve reporting processes and data quality.
• Collaborate with AR and Accounting to validate revenue booking and streamline month-end closing.
• Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses, support reporting projects, and participate in group financial statement consolidation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, statistics, or business economics.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, Controlling, Reporting, or Corporate Finance.
• Experience with forecasting and variance analysis is essential; international company experience is advantageous.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft O365, Power BI, SQL, and financial analysis tools.
• English proficiency at C1 level is required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to turn financial data into practical insights.
• Effective communication, time management, and collaboration skills.
