TL;DR
FP&A Lead (Pigment/SQL): Building and owning the consolidated company model, budgeting cycle, reforecasting process, and monthly reporting cadence for an AI company preparing for an IPO with an accent on driver-based planning, unit economics, and capital allocation. Focus on modeling headcount, compute, and strategic spend, evaluating major investments, and turning financial results into recommendations for executives and the board.
Location: Remote across Europe; the listed locations are the United Kingdom, Belgium, France, and Poland. GMT+0 to GMT+2 overlap is preferred. Office work is available in Warsaw and London.

What you will do
- Build and own the driver-based consolidated company model and opex model in Pigment.
- Combine commercial, product, and compute finance inputs into a single model of record.
- Run annual budgeting and quarterly reforecasting, including headcount envelopes and G&A forecasting.
- Establish monthly results, budget-versus-actuals, functional review, and quarterly business review cadences.
- Prepare the financial section of the board pack and support executive decision-making.
- Apply capital allocation discipline to hiring, compute, and strategic spending decisions.
Requirements
- Experience building a driver-based company model or long-range plan from scratch and using it to drive business decisions.
- Experience running an annual budget and end-to-end reforecast cycle at a high-growth technology company.
- Ability to turn financial data into a clear narrative for executives or the board.
- Strong commercial judgment focused on unit economics and gross profit, not only revenue.
- Hands-on experience with a planning tool such as Pigment, Anaplan, Adaptive, or a similar platform.
- Comfort working with SQL and data warehouses.
- Uses AI tools daily.
- Builder mindset with the ability to develop and operate the model directly.
Nice to have
- Experience with usage-based or consumption revenue.
- IPO readiness or public-company FP&A experience.
- Hands-on Pigment experience.
- Experience building a team.
