Game Project Coordinator Co-Op (Gaming)

Location: Downtown Vancouver, Canada; full-time, on-site, 5 days a week

What you will do

• Assist with task tracking, scheduling, coordination, timelines, and basic deliverables for small-to-medium and moderately complex Game team projects.
• Monitor tasks and identify potential risks or conflicts involving schedules, staffing, and resource allocation.
• Support project documents, including schedules, task lists, design documents, and risk management notes.
• Maintain the documentation repository to support onboarding and knowledge sharing.
• Prepare basic project status reports, collect stakeholder data, and compile meeting notes and actions.
• Coordinate communication and information between project teams, managers, senior team members, and other departments.

Requirements

• Currently working toward a Bachelor’s degree.
• Basic understanding of spreadsheet applications such as Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with team members across the organization.
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Downtown Vancouver 5 days a week.

Nice to have

• Experience with project management or organizational applications such as Asana or JIRA.
• Passion for the technology and gaming space.
