Project Analyst Co-op (AI)

Location: Toronto, ON; hybrid arrangement with 1–3 days per week on-site at Toronto-81 Bay, 14th Floor

What you will do

• Support the evolution of hirify.global’s Enterprise Project and Portfolio Management system, Planview.
• Organize, integrate, visualize, and automate project data assets and reporting processes.
• Support current and future-state data assets, including conventional and artificial intelligence-enabled solutions and system/process diagrams.
• Assess and develop agentic artificial intelligence use cases and explore data exchange between enterprise systems and AI tools.
• Respond to partner requests and inquiries, including access and permission management through shared support channels.
• Manage multiple priorities while contributing to continuous process and procedure improvement.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in post-secondary education and returning to full-time studies after the term; enrollment in a registered co-op program is not required.
• Experience in data analysis, reporting, and visualization.
• Experience with tools such as SQL, APIs, Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI, Planview, or similar platforms.
• Critical thinking, attention to detail, adaptability, teamwork, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Legally eligible to work at the specified location and, where applicable, holding a valid work or study permit.

Nice to have

• Experience with Planview or another enterprise project and portfolio management system.
• French proficiency may be assessed during the application process.
