Senior Project Manager, CDR Management (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote, Canada

Salary: CAD 100,000–150,000 per year

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of Cyber & Data Resilience initiatives, including plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, scope, change control, and close-out.
• Coordinate functional leaders on resourcing, sequencing, delivery readiness, decisions, trade-offs, and issue escalation.
• Support CDR leadership operating cadences, agendas, stakeholder alignment, follow-up, and monthly business reviews.
• Prepare clear, data-driven updates and business review content covering progress, milestones, risks, dependencies, and performance.
• Advance strategic initiatives across capabilities and regions while maintaining consistency in processes, reporting, and performance measurement.
• Improve workflows and delivery effectiveness through organizational change, automation, process simplification, and collaboration with Operations and Technology teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive experience managing projects or initiatives in professional services, consulting, technology, or similarly complex, matrixed environments.
• Experience supporting leadership teams, operating cadences, or business reviews alongside formal project delivery.
• Experience in cybersecurity, technology, data, or regulated services environments.
• Demonstrated delivery of cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, timelines, and dependencies.
• Ability to translate business objectives into executable project plans and drive delivery to completion.
• Hands-on experience managing scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and financials, plus influencing outcomes without direct authority.
• Familiarity with waterfall, hybrid, or Agile delivery approaches and common project management tools such as Jira, Monday.com, Smartsheet, or ADO.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.

Nice to have

• Project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum.
