Sr. Project Coordinator, IT

Location: Toronto, ON; hybrid arrangement with 1–3 days per week on-site at Toronto-81 Bay

What you will do

• Track, monitor, and follow up on requests for information related to resourcing, budgeting, planning, compliance, and project services.
• Support Project Managers throughout all project management lifecycle phases.
• Develop, manage, and control project schedules, including mitigation decisions and escalations.
• Coordinate smaller, low-complexity initiatives from end to end.
• Track project progress, risks, issues, action items, response plans, and resolution plans.
• Track and reconcile project financials, estimates, actuals, and budget variances.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience managing project activities as a Senior IT Project Coordinator.
• Hands-on experience creating project artifacts and supporting Project Managers across the project management lifecycle.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and MS Project.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with knowledge of the software development lifecycle and enterprise development concepts.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a technical discipline.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada and able to provide a valid work or study permit where applicable.
