Senior Technical Producer, Tech Strategy | Central Technology (AI)

Location: U.S. locations are referenced for the stated base pay range; hirify.global Central Tech also has offices in Canada, England, Ireland, and Japan.

Base pay in the U.S.: $94,580.00–$174,988.00 annually, plus potential incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Lead the full product development lifecycle for shared AI and technology initiatives, from requirements gathering and feature prioritization through specifications and delivery.
• Align technical requirements and coordinate stakeholders across Call of Duty studios and independent functional teams.
• Create project schedules, implementation plans, status reports, burndown charts, and shared technical roadmaps.
• Balance resources across multiple projects and coordinate staffing with studio producers and internal resourcing teams.
• Manage backlogs, track progress and velocity, identify risks and blockers, and lead stand-ups, sprint kick-offs, post-mortems, and recurring updates.
• Provide KPI-based reporting, improve development processes, and create wireframes, process-flow diagrams, UI mock-ups, and project documentation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of production or project management experience, preferably in games or a software-focused environment on client or backend products.
• Experience with project management and collaboration tools including JIRA, Confluence, Slack, and Miro.
• Track record of helping ship software products on time or through rapid development cycles.
• Experience planning projects, leading completion, and delivering quality projects on schedule.
• Deep experience across the software development lifecycle, including inception, design, implementation, QA, and deployment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead multiple teams with divergent requirements and timelines.

Nice to have

• Experience with AAA and/or first-person shooter games.
• Experience with AI, machine learning, or LLMs.
• Technical degree in computer engineering or similar experience.
• Familiarity with data protection laws and regulatory requirements.
