Customer Program Manager, Executive Briefings (AI)

Location: London, UK. Hybrid policy: staff are expected to work from one of the company’s offices at least 25% of the time; this role requires working on site at the briefing center when briefings take place.

Annual salary: £1–£1 GBP.

What you will do

• Own the Executive Briefing program at the London location, including the calendar, capacity planning, Sales intake, qualification criteria, and operating SLAs.
• Select strategic accounts with regional GTM leadership and lead discovery to understand customer objectives, business context, and evaluation stage.
• Design tailored agendas with Sales, including narrative, discussion topics, speakers, and technical demonstrations.
• Build and manage the local speaker bench, run preparation, coordinate day-of execution, and maintain the customer experience standard.
• Develop global playbooks, tooling, and operating standards while allowing for regional nuance across briefing centers.
• Own reporting on briefing volume, capacity, account coverage, pipeline influence, and expansion; onboard and coach team members and contractors.

Requirements

• Experience running executive briefings, customer events, or comparable programs for senior external audiences.
• Program management experience covering intake, prioritization, capacity planning, and multiple concurrent programs against SLAs.
• Experience designing agendas and facilitating discussions with C-level or other senior customer audiences.
• Experience building processes, playbooks, or tooling for consistent program operations.
• Ability to track, report, and communicate metrics including volume, coverage, and pipeline influence.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work credibly with field leadership, executives, and internal subject-matter experts.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, and/or experience in a relevant field.
• Must work on site at the briefing center when briefings take place.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of experience building or scaling an executive briefing or similar customer-facing program at an enterprise technology company.
• Experience in a high-volume briefing environment and with CRM/reporting tools such as Salesforce.
• Experience connecting program activity to pipeline and expansion outcomes.
• Experience sourcing speakers and managing capacity across product, research, and executive teams.
• Experience working across time zones or multiple sites to establish one global standard.
• Experience onboarding or coaching team members or contractors.
• Familiarity with AI products and enterprise evaluation and adoption.
