Programme Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery across one or two major client programmes and multiple workstreams.
• Run programme governance, steering committees, dependency management, reporting, and escalations.
• Act as the client’s operational delivery lead and provide executive stakeholders with clear status and risk visibility.
• Manage resourcing, budgets, forecasts, financials, margins, and revenue reporting.
• Manage third-party vendors and partners against scope, timelines, and cost.
• Identify client opportunities and maintain programme continuity as workstreams close and new ones begin.

Requirements

• 5+ years of programme or senior project management experience, including enterprise programmes with multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Consultancy or agency delivery experience with direct exposure to senior client stakeholders.
• Front-office technology experience, ideally involving Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce, data, or AI.
• Experience managing programme budgets, forecasts, and margins.
• Experience running steering committees and handling escalations under pressure.
• Clear communication skills for keeping executives informed and delivery teams aligned.
• Ability to connect business outcomes and boardroom strategy with the technical delivery details of workstreams.

• Experience across Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce, data, or AI platforms.
