Program Manager

Location: Hybrid work from the Stockholm or London office, with regular travel to launch markets and clinic sites in the UK, the US and elsewhere

What you will do

• Run new-market and clinic launches end to end, from due diligence outputs through launch day and the first 30, 60 and 90 days.
• Convert due diligence findings into integrated execution plans with owners, dependencies and critical paths.
• Run launch-readiness gates, make evidence-based no-go decisions, and monitor post-launch performance before handing operations to business as usual.
• Capture launch learnings in repeatable playbooks and build PMO standards, templates, tools and routines.
• Identify coordination loss, rework and unclear ownership, then drive improvements across functions.
• Report status, dependencies and risks to sponsors and leadership, while coordinating with marketing, communications, social, growth and demand teams.

Requirements

• Substantial experience running complex multi-country or multi-site programs with many parallel tracks and no single obvious owner, such as market entries, site openings, retail or clinic roll-outs.
• Evidence of taking a launch or program end to end, including decisions made, delivered outcomes, measurable change, and a clear distinction between personal and team contributions.
• Experience turning ambiguous discovery or due diligence findings into structured, dependency-aware execution plans.
• Strong stakeholder management across business and technical functions, including executive-level stakeholders.
• Ability to make judgment calls with incomplete context and own the outcome.
• Experience introducing ways of working that teams continued using, with adoption prioritized over sophistication.
• Regular use of AI in program management, such as drafting status updates or flagging slipped dates, with the ability to explain its appropriate use and limitations.
• Ability to work from the Stockholm or London office and travel regularly to launch markets and clinic sites.

Nice to have

• Technical program management experience or experience working with software or hardware teams.
• Healthcare, medical devices or another regulated-environment experience.
• Marketing program management experience.
• International expansion, clinic or site operations experience.
• Experience building a PMO or program function from near zero.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Airtable or AI tools such as Claude in program management work.
