Program Lead - Compliance Operations & Process Excellence

What you will do

• Own and operationalize controls for compliance frameworks including SOC 2 and FedRAMP.
• Help managers and team leads improve product development and delivery practices.
• Support cross-team projects from planning through implementation, including dependency management and follow-through.
• Own and evolve the central workflow management system.
• Identify improvement opportunities, support process initiatives, and report results.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software industry experience, including at least three years in program, project, or engineering management.
• Experience shipping software in strictly regulated domains with routine control management, sign-offs, and compliance audit trails.
• Experience introducing process changes across several teams and demonstrating adoption using Lean, Kanban, flow metrics, or similar methods.
• Program and project management across teams with competing priorities, including planning, dependency management, and follow-through.
• Experience coaching managers and team leads.
• Ability to turn written requirements into working processes, tool configurations, and evidence trails.
• Engineering background and credibility with engineers, including working knowledge of CI/CD, code review, and release practices.
