MS D365 F&O Finances Consultant Lead

What you will do

• Design, configure, and implement finance processes in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations with project teams and the Finance Business Process Owner.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank Management, and Tax modules.
• Review and challenge external integrator solutions, validate functional requirements, maintain documentation, and support UAT and SIT testing.
• Analyze and optimize finance processes while ensuring compliance with local and international accounting standards.
• Provide second-level support for AX2012 and D365 finance issues, manage incidents and change requests, troubleshoot problems, and coordinate patches, upgrades, and enhancements with IT teams.
• Support finance users, training, and change management initiatives for smooth adoption.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of finance processes and accounting principles.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX2012 and D365 Finance & Operations.
• Ability to challenge external partners and align solutions with business objectives.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with IT, business teams, and external partners.
• Fluent English and French required.
