D365 Business Central Consultant II

Location: In-person, remote, or hybrid; approximately 20% travel to client locations within the U.S. is required.

Salary: $66,000–$89,000 base pay annually, with potential eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Deliver enterprise Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation engagements, including complex configurations, development, and integrations.
• Drive implementation, delivery, and support initiatives for supply chain and manufacturing operations.
• Gather business and functional requirements from business and technical stakeholders and identify functional gaps.
• Present solution recommendations involving software products, customizations, and integrations.
• Develop functional and solution design documents and configure Business Central for manufacturing and distribution clients.
• Use ERP implementation standards and tools to manage data, tasks, and client solution delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 1 year of ERP implementation experience in a professional services firm or 3+ years of private-industry ERP implementation experience.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to take ownership of tasks, communicate clearly, stay organized, and manage multiple projects.
• Approximately 20% travel to client locations within the U.S. is required.
• Willingness to pursue additional appropriate certifications.

Nice to have

• Manufacturing-industry client experience.
• Knowledge of accounting or finance.
• Experience with the Business Central ecosystem of ISVs, app partners, and related solutions.
