SAP FICO Consultant (SAP FI/CO)

Location: Remote; the position is associated with Irving, TX. Applicants must be U.S. citizens, Green Card holders, EAD holders, or H-1B transfer candidates.

Salary: $115,000–$165,000 annually

What you will do

• Gather business and technical requirements and document current-state and target-state processes.
• Configure, develop, integrate, or administer enterprise platforms within approved design standards.
• Coordinate interfaces, data conversion, reporting, security, and process dependencies.
• Plan and execute unit, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.
• Support deployments, user adoption, issue resolution, and continuous process improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a related professional role.
• Practical experience with SAP FI/CO, general ledger, AP/AR, fixed assets, controlling, close processes, and S/4HANA finance.
• Experience implementing, developing, administering, or supporting SAP enterprise platforms.
• Strong understanding of relevant business processes and SAP core capabilities.
• Experience gathering requirements, configuring or developing solutions, and documenting decisions.
• Knowledge of integrations, data flows, testing, and production support.
• Ability to work with business users, technical teams, and external partners.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Additional hands-on depth in SAP FI/CO, general ledger, AP/AR, fixed assets, controlling, close processes, and S/4HANA finance.
• Experience with cloud services, automation, and modern delivery practices relevant to the project.
• Familiarity with secure development, accessibility, governance, or regulatory requirements where applicable.
• Relevant professional certifications or advanced training in the technology area.
