Senior Dynamics Systems Analyst (ERP)

TL;DR

Senior Dynamics Systems Analyst (D365 F&O): Designing, implementing, and supporting a global ERP environment during the migration from AX 2012 to D365 F&O with an accent on FinOps processes including PO, AP, GL, FA, and AR. Focus on automating manual processes, streamlining financial operations, and ensuring system stability across cross-functional teams.

Location: Remote (Must be based in the US and work CST hours)

What you will do

• Lead FinOps initiatives and migrations from AX 2012 to D365 F&O.
• Design and streamline processes for PO, AP, GL, FA, and AR modules.
• Collaborate with Finance and IT teams to automate manual workflows and implement best practices.
• Analyze business requirements to standardize ERP practices across internal departments.
• Perform month-end reconciliations, reporting, and variance analysis.
• Maintain process documentation using MS Task Recorder and RSAT test automation.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of progressive accounting/finance experience with D365 F&O and AX2012.
• Must be based in the US.
• Availability to work CST hours.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (preferred).
• Strong analytical and account reconciliation skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with MS technologies such as Task Recorder, RSAT, or LogicApps.
• MS D365 F&O Certifications.
