Senior Dynamics Systems Analyst (Microsoft Dynamics)

Location: Virtual US; fully remote, working CST hours.

What you will do

• Lead and participate in Finance Operations initiatives, system developments, enhancements, and special projects related to PO, AP, GL, FA, and AR.
• Design, streamline, document, and maintain Finance Operations processes, system mappings, change management activities, and process improvements.
• Support the multi-year migration from AX 2012 to D365 Finance and Operations while maintaining the legacy implementation.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, IT, user groups, process experts, and functional leaders to automate manual processes and implement ERP best practices.
• Research updates and known issues, test key processes, educate business SMEs and BPOs, and maintain process documentation using MS Task Recorder and RSAT test automation.
• Support financial operations through month-end reconciliations, accruals, GL account reconciliations, P&L reviews, variance analysis, weekly and monthly close activities, and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• 3–5 years of progressive accounting or finance experience with D365 Finance and Operations and AX 2012.
• Strong analytical and account reconciliation skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, self-driven, collaborative, and able to lead a team.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment.
• Solution-oriented approach with the ability to propose new solutions to problems and processes.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with teams outside Finance.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft technologies that complement D365 Finance and Operations, including Task Recorder, RSAT, and LogicalApps.
• Microsoft D365 Finance and Operations certifications.
