Senior D365 Business Central Consultant (Microsoft Dynamics 365)

Location: In-person, remote, or hybrid; approximately 20% travel to client locations in the U.S. is required.

Salary: $88,000–$118,000 base pay annually, with potential eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation engagements, including complex configurations, development, and integrations.
• Own implementation, delivery, and support initiatives for supply chain and manufacturing solutions.
• Facilitate discussions with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and identify functional gaps.
• Recommend software products, customizations, and integrations, and develop functional and solution design documents.
• Configure Business Central and deliver client training and workshops.
• Use ERP implementation standards and tools to manage data, tasks, and solution delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 5 years of ERP implementation experience in professional services or private industry, including at least 1 year in professional services for private-industry candidates.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central experience is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of accounting or finance.
• Ability to own tasks, communicate clearly, stay organized, and manage multiple projects.
• Ability to travel approximately 20% to client locations within the U.S.

Nice to have

• Experience serving manufacturing clients.
• Knowledge of the Business Central ecosystem, including ISVs, app partners, and related solutions.
• Progress toward relevant professional certifications.
