Senior VLSI Design Engineer (ASIC)

The Sat Connect IC business unit develops ASICs, software, electronically steered antennas, and communication systems for satellite, ground, and airborne applications.

What you will do

• Develop digital VLSI modules from concept through final implementation while meeting physical-design entry requirements.
• Contribute to complex SoC VLSI design activities across architecture, front-end design, verification, and physical design.
• Develop advanced signal-processing cores and modem subsystem solutions with multiple teams.
• Adjust, deploy, and integrate subsystems into the internal design environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field from a major academic institute.
• More than 5 years of VLSI engineering experience.
• Substantial knowledge of the full ASIC/VLSI chip-design flow and toolchain.
• Experience with RTL coding, verification, physical-design-aware synthesis, and static timing analysis.
• VLSI architecture experience.
• Self-learning ability, adaptability, and willingness to study new technical fields.
• Effective teamwork, collaboration, and mission leadership skills.
• Strong internal and external verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Strong understanding of signal processing and modem architecture, with relevant design experience.
