Location: UCM - Houston, United States of America

Base pay range: $110,000–$135,000 USD annually.

What you will do

• Participate in the Global Graduate Training Program and develop financial modeling, valuation, presentation, and professional skills.
• Conduct company and industry research, prepare pitch books, and support deal origination.
• Build and maintain financial models for M&A, LBO, and capital-raising transaction analysis.
• Support live transactions through due diligence, documentation, and client communications.
• Collaborate with senior bankers and product partners on strategic advisory and capital markets mandates.
• Ensure the accuracy and quality of presentation materials and client deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military service, or education — required.
• 1+ years of experience in finance, business, or a related field or sector — preferred.
• Knowledge of corporate finance and investment banking products; experience in the relevant sector is preferred.
• Expert knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint with advanced financial modeling skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team-player mindset and self-starter attitude.
