What you will do

• Formulate new business proposals and develop company forecasts and valuations.
• Evaluate merger and acquisition scenarios and prepare documents for public and private stock issuance.
• Support all aspects of transaction execution, including drafting sessions, proposals, due diligence meetings, and research.
• Conduct research using primary data sources and identify key themes and trends.
• Provide financial modeling input for business cases, costs, schedules, and growth initiatives.
• Interpret financial data and communicate findings to support business decisions.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of general experience.
• Completed bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance; these fields are required.
• Ability to analyze trends, patterns, relationships, and implications in collected data.
• Ability to apply analytical processes and procedures to support research schedules.
• Ability to write and edit materials for different target audiences.
• Ability to analyze problems and develop technical or professional solutions.
