Location: New York, NY, United States; office-based position

Salary: $85,000–$110,000 base salary per year, plus potential discretionary bonus

What you will do

• Manage financial processes including annual sales budgeting, P&L management, and sales and fundraising projections.
• Analyze large datasets and translate insights into recommendations for fundraising targets and business decisions.
• Prepare weekly business summaries, KPI updates, business analytics, and ad-hoc analyses for senior management.
• Support strategic initiatives, operating plans, and growth projects in partnership with leadership.
• Coordinate global initiatives across business strategy, client engagement, technology, reporting, and cross-functional teams.
• Lead project management efforts and improve efficiency, data accuracy, scalability, and automation.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or data analytics.
• Expert proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and simple macros.
• Strong PowerPoint skills for creating graphs and charts.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, organization, and project management skills.
• Ability to work under time pressure while maintaining high standards and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of Alteryx, Tableau, Qlik, Elastic, MS SQL Server, or Legend.
• Experience identifying opportunities for automation, efficiency, and scalability.
