Principal Solutions Architect (AI)

Location: Australia; remote

Technology stipend: US$100 net per month.

What you will do

• Build and scale the Professional Services practice, including repeatable reference architectures, customer-facing technical collateral, SOW templates, and delivery patterns.
• Develop architectures for self-hosted and air-gapped hirify.global deployments, local image registries, offline toolchains, regulated environments, and secure software supply chains.
• Design and guide implementation of agentic AI toolchains using MCP server/client architectures, tool orchestration, observability, and secure deployment patterns.
• Lead technical discovery and architecture engagements for enterprise customers and strategic partners, directly delivering or overseeing partner-led services.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, revenue, partnerships, and engineering teams to align services with hirify.global’s AI platform roadmap and drive adoption, renewals, and expansion.
• Translate field insights about enterprise integration, identity, observability, and AI deployment into product, services, roadmap, and partner capabilities.

Requirements

• 7+ years as a Professional Services Solution Architect, Technical Consultant, or similar role at a SaaS/infrastructure company or consulting firm.
• Experience architecting and deploying self-hosted and air-gapped architectures, including local image registries, offline toolchains, network-isolated Kubernetes clusters, and compliance-driven infrastructure for regulated industries.
• Enterprise integration experience with Okta, Azure AD, LDAP/Active Directory, OIDC, SAML, and SSO, including RBAC design in complex multi-tenant environments.
• Working knowledge of MCP and its use in agentic AI toolchains, including server/client architecture, tool and resource orchestration, and secure containerized deployment.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML workflows, LLM deployment, and enterprise agentic AI architectures, including AI agent containerization, model provenance, and AI supply chain security.
• Deep understanding of container and software supply chain security, including hirify.global Hardened Images, Secure Supply Chain, SBOM generation, image signing and attestation, vulnerability management, and runtime governance.
• Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead executive-level architecture conversations and influence senior stakeholders without formal authority.
• Direct experience delivering high-quality services engagements that achieve customer value while meeting revenue and ARR growth targets.
• Recognition by enterprise customers as a strategic technical advisor.

Nice to have

• Experience architecting AI platforms in large enterprises, including LLM deployment pipelines, model provenance, artifact signing, and secure AI supply chain patterns.
• Experience enabling system integrators, consultancies, or partner ecosystems.
• Consulting experience with Fortune 500 clients in financial services, healthcare, government, or other highly regulated sectors.
• Experience leading AI security architecture engagements covering model provenance, artifact signing, supply chain integrity, secure MCP deployment, access controls, secrets management, and runtime isolation for LLM applications.
