AI Solutions Architect

Location: Remote, United States; willingness to travel up to 50% for customer engagements is required.

Annual on-target earnings: $160,000–$220,000 USD, plus eligible stock options and annual bonus.

What you will do

• Design and guide the deployment of robust, scalable Graph+GenAI architectures for strategic customers.
• Lead discovery, assess enterprise data ecosystems, and translate customer objectives into graph-based AI solutions.
• Develop, test, deploy, and optimize production-ready applications integrating graph databases, LLMs, and orchestration frameworks.
• Manage stakeholder engagement, project scope, priorities, risks, delivery, and alignment with business outcomes.
• Collaborate with Product and Marketing on roadmap insights, methodologies, thought leadership, and published assets.
• Deliver workshops, training, documentation, and internal enablement while maintaining current knowledge of GenAI.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience architecting and delivering enterprise-grade applications across the full software development lifecycle.
• Experience with LLMs, including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, application integration, and knowledge of commercial and open-source providers.
• Advanced proficiency in at least one major programming language, such as Java, JavaScript, Python, or C#, with experience delivering clean, maintainable, scalable code.
• Hands-on deployment experience with Linux, Docker, and Kubernetes, plus expert use of enterprise version-control systems such as Git or SVN.
• Expertise deploying and scaling applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP, with knowledge of cloud-native architecture and DevOps practices.
• In-depth knowledge of generative AI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Haystack and cloud AI platforms including AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, or Azure ML.
• Strong data engineering, analytics, or data science background, including pipelines and workflows for structured and unstructured data, big data technologies, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Deep expertise in graph data modeling, query languages such as Cypher, and graph databases or triple stores including hirify.global, Amazon Neptune, TigerGraph, Ontotext, or Stardog.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, analytical, problem-solving, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%.
