Client Technical Solutioner (AI)

Location: Remote in the United States of America; Dallas, TX

Salary: $156,360–$296,880 annually for the U.S.; regional ranges may differ. Eligible for a discretionary annual bonus or sales commission plan, depending on role eligibility.

What you will do

• Discover customer objectives, technical pain points, and strategic priorities, then translate them into scalable enterprise architectures.
• Present architectural decisions, trade-offs, and expected business outcomes to customer executives, architects, and technical specialists.
• Build prototypes, minimum viable products, and proofs of value using Python, Linux, REST APIs, containers, and automation workflows.
• Develop AI-enabled workflows, generative AI solution patterns, and agentic automation for enterprise integration challenges.
• Translate architectures into commercially viable solutions, including scope, resource plans, cost cases, delivery assumptions, and risk mitigation.
• Support production deployment and validation, refine live systems, create reusable architecture patterns and code assets, and mentor architects and engineers.

Requirements

• Proven ability to design and build effective, scalable technical solutions from customer requirements and complex business problems.
• In-depth understanding of infrastructure management, cloud computing, networking, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems.
• Hands-on engineering experience with Python, Linux, REST APIs, systems integration, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Hands-on experience developing and deploying AI-enabled workflows, generative AI solution patterns, or agentic automation architectures.
• Experience with collaborative software development, repository management, Git, and GitHub.
• At least 5 years of experience in IT service management, IT sourcing, or IT strategy.
• Expertise in IT organizational models, governance, management and operating models, and IT financing models.
• Excellent customer relationship and presentation skills, including communication with executive stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Consulting or advisory experience providing strategic technology guidance to enterprise clients.
• Experience designing cloud and hybrid infrastructure architectures and integrating diverse systems.
• Experience supporting sales efforts, customer presentations, proposal development, and account teams.
• Experience leading solutions from pre-deal ideation through production implementation and operational handover.
• Certifications in AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Kubernetes, or enterprise AI systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
