Principal AI Solutions Architect

Location: Remote: United States; willingness and ability to travel up to 50% for customer engagements is required.

Annual on-target earnings range: $220,000–$310,000 USD. US employees may also receive stock options, and certain roles are eligible for an annual bonus.

What you will do

• Lead the design, construction, deployment, and implementation of Graph+GenAI solutions for strategic customers.
• Engage technical leaders, stakeholders, and partners to discover requirements, assess enterprise data ecosystems, shape architectures, and align technical decisions with business outcomes.
• Develop, test, deploy, and optimize production-ready AI applications integrating graph databases, LLMs, orchestration frameworks, and customer systems.
• Lead stakeholder engagement, manage scope and risks, and support timely delivery of high-impact projects.
• Influence product direction and package field insights into methodologies, thought leadership, and published assets.
• Deliver workshops, training, documentation, and internal enablement while maintaining current knowledge of the GenAI landscape.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience architecting and delivering enterprise-grade applications across the full software development lifecycle.
• 5+ years of experience working with Large Language Models, including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and application integration.
• Advanced proficiency in at least one major programming language, such as Java, JavaScript, Python, or C#, with experience delivering clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
• Hands-on deployment experience with Linux, Docker, and Kubernetes, plus expert use of enterprise version-control systems such as Git or SVN.
• Experience deploying and scaling applications across AWS, Azure, or GCP, with knowledge of cloud-native architecture and DevOps practices.
• In-depth knowledge of generative AI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Haystack and cloud-native AI platforms such as AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, or Azure ML.
• Strong background in data engineering, analytics, or data science, including data pipelines and workflows for structured and unstructured data; experience with Hadoop, Spark, Hive, SQL, and NoSQL.
• Deep expertise in graph data modeling and query languages such as Cypher, with practical experience in hirify.global, Amazon Neptune, TigerGraph, or graph/triple-store technologies.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, analytical, problem-solving, and team-mentoring abilities.
