Technical Program Manager (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Mississauga, Ontario, or remote within Canada. Remote employees must travel to in-office events at the Mississauga and/or Salt Lake City offices; hybrid employees must reside within commuting distance of the specified office.

Base salary: CAD 144,000–160,000 per year, plus bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Translate product strategy and OKRs into coordinated execution plans with Product and Engineering Leads.
• Lead multi-team initiatives across product, infrastructure, and platform capabilities, managing dependencies and delivery flow.
• Use delivery, outcome, and AI-driven analytics to identify risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities to improve predictability.
• Facilitate alignment among senior product, design, and engineering leaders, making trade-offs and decisions explicit.
• Coach teams on empowered delivery, healthy operating rhythms, and data-driven practices.
• Evolve shared tools, processes, and frameworks for executing complex programs at scale.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years leading complex software programs in TPM, EPM, or similar roles, including 3+ years driving multi-team initiatives across product, platform, or infrastructure.
• Experience translating strategy and OKRs into execution plans and managing dependencies, risks, and delivery health signals.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Aha!, or equivalent program execution and delivery tools.
• Technical fluency in software systems, APIs, architectures, and integration patterns, with the ability to participate in technical design discussions.
• Experience using metrics to improve predictability, flow, and outcomes; proven delivery of complex SaaS or large-system programs spanning multiple teams and domains.
• Systems-level thinking, including the ability to reason about cross-cutting dependencies and program impacts.
• Ability to influence without authority, manage conflict, build consensus, communicate with technical teams and senior leadership, and take ownership in ambiguous situations.
• AI fluency required: understanding of applied AI concepts, comfort using AI tools for analysis, documentation, and decision-making, and awareness of responsible and ethical AI practices.
