Public Sector Delivery Analysts (AI)

Location: Hybrid, based out of Ottawa, Canada; no minimum in-office qualification requirement.

Salary: CA$115,000–CA$155,000 per year, plus equity.

What you will do

• Track actions, dependencies, and blockers across Cohere and client teams with Engineering Program Managers and Technical Leads.
• Prepare and coordinate client sessions, capture outcomes, and progressively lead working-level use-case and story refinement sessions.
• Own meeting and reporting cadence, including agendas, scheduling, minutes, and follow-ups.
• Build and maintain project plans, status reports, RAID logs, decision records, use-case registers, and traceability documentation.
• Maintain the single source of truth for program documentation in the public sector document management environment.

Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in technology or management consulting, professional services, or an in-house technical delivery team.
• Experience running RAID, action, and decision logs, refining user stories, and maintaining accurate project plans on real projects.
• Ability to lead working sessions in front of clients, read the room, and communicate appropriately.
• Strong written communication and advanced PowerPoint, Word, and Excel skills.
• Technical fluency in APIs, integrations, environments, testing, and releases, with the ability to communicate accurately with engineers.
• Strong follow-through, including closing items and knowing what to escalate and when.
• Eligibility for a Government of Canada security clearance.
• Must be based in the Ottawa area.

Nice to have

• University degree in Business, Commerce, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar field.
• High degree of French language proficiency.
