Senior Project Manager - Quick Commerce Content Excellence Global (Ecommerce)

What you will do

• Own the Agent Operating Model, including performance management, coaching, follow-up, and allocation of approximately 26 agents between Operations and Enrichment.
• Define agent and hub metrics covering accuracy, quality, productivity, and rework; run feedback and coaching cadences and report weekly.
• Quantify hub impact, identify savings, build the annual headcount plan, and determine which tasks can be automated or AI-assisted.
• Define assortment quality standards, perform gap analysis, and source external product data with Product, Data, and local teams.
• Analyze the end-to-end Product Onboarding flow, identify blocked products and systemic issues, and escalate them to the central team.
• Own enrichment standards for product attributes and lead automation or AI-assisted enrichment projects with human review thresholds.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in operations, quality programs, content or catalog operations, or vendor/BPO management in a tech or e-commerce environment.
• Experience designing operating models and documentation such as SOPs, playbooks, SLAs, QA sampling, and escalation workflows for non-expert or outsourced teams.
• Strong analytical skills, including building performance metrics, interpreting large-scale data outputs, and linking quality work to business impact without necessarily writing code.
• Structured problem-solving skills with the ability to turn ambiguous goals into clear workstreams and measurable milestones.
• Experience influencing Category, Product, Data, and local stakeholders without direct authority.
• Experience with Salesforce.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with PIM systems, catalog management, or e-commerce data quality.
• Knowledge of food product information and labelling, including nutritional values, allergens, ingredients, product matching, and variants.
• Experience allocating work between agent teams and automation or AI-assisted workflows.
• Exposure to SQL basics and BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or BigQuery.
• Background in marketplace, grocery, retail, or multi-vertical platform environments.
• Experience with Jira or Asana at team scale.
