Senior Project Manager, Integration (Telecoms)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end integration strategy for telecoms, network, low-voltage infrastructure, BMS interfaces, and smart building systems from design through commissioning and operational readiness.
• Own integration governance, standards, delivery methodology, and repeatable processes across programmes, project teams, and contractors.
• Direct complex integration packages covering pathways, containment, structured cabling, fibre backbones, and building-system interfaces.
• Coordinate client stakeholders, design teams, contractors, and vendors; resolve technical conflicts and drive decisions.
• Lead constructability, sequencing, commissioning-readiness, validation, and handover activities.
• Manage risks, dependencies, commercial impacts, change management, value engineering, safety, and senior stakeholder reporting.

Requirements

• Extensive experience delivering integration in mission-critical environments such as data centres or highly serviced infrastructure projects.
• Strong technical understanding of telecoms, fibre, network infrastructure, BMS, and their interaction with building systems.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and coordinating multiple contractors across complex delivery programmes.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders, resolve conflicts, and drive decisions in fast-moving project environments.
• Understanding of commissioning, operational readiness, and handover requirements for mission-critical facilities.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships across client, consultant, and contractor organisations.
