Senior Project Manager OFCI

What you will do

• Lead visibly onsite, assess project progress, and ensure safe work practices.
• Coordinate client, consultant, and contractor teams on snagging activities, schedules, and partner engagement.
• Identify project issues proactively and work with stakeholders to resolve them.
• Implement and monitor project processes, partnering with the client on improvements and revisions.
• Lead and attend progress meetings, collaborate on problem-solving, and communicate impacts to partners.
• Implement project procedures and use reasonable endeavours to ensure they are followed.

Requirements

• Experience project managing a data centre project.
• A project management professional certification, or willingness to pursue one with support.
• A degree or comparable experience in project management or a construction discipline.
• Detail-oriented and quality-focused approach.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with teams and clients through shared purpose, openness, and fun.
